The prices includes ALL costs (electricity, water supply, internet, building costs). Only a small amount will be asked for the use of gas heating in apartments I and IV which is carculated for each room separately and won't be more than 20 EU for the months only, that you will use the heating, end december or january...

The apartment Number I and IV have washing machine, wifi internet, and are fully equipped, there are bed liners provided, as well as the kitchen is cook ready. In Apartment VI there is a small washing machine and wifi internet.

So that the offer is valid you have to be able to prove that you are an exchange student in Athens before you come. The offer is ONLY for erasmus students.

Important: Continuing our long tradition with our friends erasmus students it is good to know that you pay as you stay. There is one rent only deposit, and you don't pay for the whole month if you have to stay 10 days more of 5 less than agreed at the beginning. Duration of stay start the day of arrival as is with the monthly payment. If you want contact from satisfied erasmus students that stayed with us, tell me.
